Alison Moy

PRESIDENT

More about Alison

Alison joined DISH in 2012 after graduating from Wake Forest University and has held a variety of roles over the years. Currently, she is a Product Manager within Sling TV, owning the Amazon platform, product road map, and partner relationship. Her team supports the Sling TV product on Google and Apple devices.

Additionally, Alison stepped into the role of President of the DISH Women’s Network in December of 2018. She joined the Women’s Network to help foster collaboration and support among both men and women. Moving into 2019, the DISH Women’s Network strives to empower women to become leaders and create an inclusive work environment at DISH.

Digital Manager

Fatima is a Web Designer/Front-End Developer at DISH. She wanted to be a part of DISH Women’s Network because of the importance and difference women can make in the work force.

Kathy Graham

Event Manager

Kathy has been a part of the DISH family since 2005, starting with the Travel department before transitioning to her current role of Executive Assistant within the Product Management Team.  As a member of the Board of the DISH Women’s Network, Kathy aims to help empower and engage women throughout the tech industry while sharing knowledge of great leaders and role models to the DISH family.

Laci Geddes

Training Manager

More about Laci

Laci started with the DISH family in 2016. She was a Direct Sales Trainer and recently made the move over to Instructional Design for the Sales Training and Support Team. She is joining the DISH Women’s Network with the position of Training Manager. In this role she hopes to bring new ideas and training opportunities to help members grow in their personal and professional goals.

 

Sandra Brumfield

Community Involvement Manager

More about Sandra

Sandra joined DISH in November 2019. Sandra is in the IT organization supporting the CIO.   She joined DWN immediately after starting at DISH and joined to help with community involvement since this has been a passion for her. Sandra’s new role as the DWN Manager for Community Involvement and hopes to expand the DWN’s Corporate Social Responsibility efforts and provide opportunities to help our local communities.

 

Winnie Dai

Community Events Manager

More about Winnie

Winnie Dai joined DISH in 2006 as a Program Manager after graduating from the MBA program at Loyola Marymount University and has held a variety roles over the years.  She left DISH in 2011 and started and managed her own restaurant and bar in China where she grew up. She returned to DISH in 2015, since then she has held roles including Senior Financial Analyst, International Programming Manager, and currently she is a Senior Program Manager within CXO PMO, managing initiatives in CXO’s project portfolio as well as DISH’s enterprise-level initiatives through the entire project lifecycle. Inspired by the Dish Women’s Network and their commitment to empowerment and engagement, she recently stepped in to the role of Community Events Manager to drive and support the career development for DWN members.

 

Leigh Rasmussen

VP, Events and Training

More about Leigh

Leigh Rasmussen joined DISH shortly after moving to Denver in 2018. Previously, she held various roles in the corporate office of Meijer, a Michigan-based retailer. Leigh currently works within the Sales Operations department at DISH, where she’s responsible for budgetary analysis and process improvement. Leigh’s a proud Indiana University alum, dog parent, and a frequent concert patron.

Throughout her career and education, she’s developed and facilitated training related to everything from Excel to Corporate Communication. She joined the DISH Women’s Network Board as the Training Manager with a goal to bring DWN members relevant and impactful training every month.

 

Paula Robson

Liaison Manager

More about Paula

Paula joined Dish as part of the Supply Chain Procurement team in 2017 after many years as a merchandise buyer for professional sports teams across the country, representing all of the different major leagues.  Buying responsibilities include supporting IHS fulfillment including Samsung, and handling the Commercial business buying as well.  She first joined Dish Women’s Network as the Procurement liaison, and has recently stepped in to the role of Liaison Manager.   She joined the Dish Women’s Network to be a part of the conversation shaping women’s growing role in the workplace, and to support the other women and men who share that mindset.

Mark Bodjanac

Networking Manager

Mark works on the Media Services Accounting team at DISH. His team is responsible for calculating, preparing, and reviewing payments to Dish’s programmers & content providers. Mark joined the DISH Women’s Network to drive and support gender equality within DISH.”

Kara Bouc

Chapter Manager

More about Kara

Kara joined DISH in January 2018. She enjoys the rewards and challenges of her role as Business Relationship Manager in the IT PMO. She began attending DWN events immediately after starting at DISH and has been inspired by their commitment to empowerment. Kara hopes to expand the DWN’s reach by supporting external chapters

Katie Anctil

Research & Development Manager

More about Katie

Katie joined DISH full time in 2016 after graduating from the University of Michigan and fell in love with working on the Consumer Insights team. Her team works across DISH, Sling and Wireless on custom qualitative and quantitative research initiatives and she loves collaborating with partners across the business.

Katie found out about the DISH Women’s Network as an intern and was inspired by their employee founders and the Network’s commitment to increased diversity and inclusion at DISH. She supports the Network with ongoing member surveys and strategic recommendations and will continue to be a vocal advocate for working women.
