Workshop Title:

Blinking an LED with Raspberry Pi Workshop.

Let’s light up an led using the Python programming language and the GPIO pins on the Raspberry Pi.

What You Will Learn:

  • You will construct a basic electrical circuit and attach it to your Raspberry Pi GPIO pins
  • You will write a simple Python program to control the circuit using an IDE
  • You don’t need to have prior programming knowledge for this workshops.

What to bring for the workshop:

  • Pen/Notepad if you want, but not necessary.

What is provided during the workshop:

  • Raspberry Pi kits will be supplied at the workshop.
  • Ready to use workstation would be available.
  • IOT Lab Operation volunteers would be available to answer workshop related questions.

Do’s & Dont’s:

  • No Food or Drinks please.
  • No laptops required.
  • Plan to arrive 5 min early for the workshop
